Six Flags!!

We have lived 20 minutes from Six Flags Great America for 7 years. We used to work 5 minutes from it every day for 3 years and yet we had never been. (well not together, Nick used to go when he was little but hadn't been in years) So we went this past weekend with some really good friends of ours and had SO MUCH FUN! Lorelei is finally big enough to ride most of the rides there, including the big roller coaster in the photo below called the Wizzer. She LOVED it! And rode it twice!! Probably would have rode it more but the longs were pretty long! It was in the 80's over the weekend so it was just really the perfect day to spend there. We can't believe it's taken us this long to go and are now considering buying season passes to go back next year again and again and to enjoy the water park too!!!
